Controlling Your Kiln

We are happy to announce we are presently making a really great kiln controller which is perfect for what I call Table-Top Annealing. This is fully plug and play. This means you plug your annealer into this box, then you plug this box into the wall circuit, punch in a couple of very simple key strokes and your kiln program is fully operational.

I have spent the better part of this spring (2004) working on and improving this really sweet divice. It is a very friendly 6" x 6" x 6" cube, painted grey. It even has rubber feet for an elegant soft touch on your work counter.

Our controller has the ability to hold four different programs in memory. Each program has 8 ramp and soak segments so it can be programed to go up or down at various ramp speeds for a very complicated program if necessary. But it can also be used for bringing your kiln up to annealing speed, hold for the day and anneal your work at a set rate. Hit one key to quay up the previous day's cycle. Press start and you are ready to go to work. It is that simple.

Please consider our Joppa Hot Box Controllers.
